37 hours per week £30,153 to £34,538 per annum depending on experience
Our Vision for School Chaplaincy in the Diocese of Nottingham is that:
‘Every school will have access to Lay Chaplaincy provision so that through the work of Lay Chaplaincy everyone in our schools will: have a personal encounter with Jesus Christ and His life changing love for them; and the opportunity to respond to His calling.’
We need the right person to help us to achieve this vision. This exciting new role has arisen due to the formation of our 22 catholic school multi academy trust in Leicestershire – the St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi-Academy Trust.
Are you looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to positively impact the lives of over 8000 young people ranging in age from 4 to 18 years old? Reporting to the executive committee for the Trust, you will be responsible for leading and developing Lay Chaplaincy across the Trust by working with the existing strong group of lay chaplains in our schools and developing new opportunities for the benefit of our young people.
